Mycelium Masterclass Terms
Participation, access, confidentiality, and conduct rules for Mycelium Masterclass sessions.
Version: August 14, 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to participation in Mycelium Masterclass sessions organized by Mycelium Labs. By registering through Luma, following the Masterclass calendar, opening the meeting link, or joining a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
Masterclass is publicly accessible, but Mycelium Labs may manage attendance when necessary to protect the session and its participants.
2. Open access and invitations
You may share the Masterclass page, Luma calendar, and recordings with people who may benefit from participating. Each attendee should register for their chosen session through Luma.
When inviting another person, make them aware that registering for or joining a session means accepting these Terms. Public access does not permit disruption, unauthorized recording, or disclosure of confidential information.
3. Public format and confidential information
Masterclass sessions and their recordings are intended for public access. Do not introduce confidential, personal, customer, production, security, or other non-public information unless you are authorized to disclose it publicly and Mycelium Labs has agreed to its inclusion.
If confidential information is disclosed inadvertently, its confidential character is not lost. Mycelium Labs may pause a recording, edit or withhold a recording, or remove published material when reasonably possible, but cannot guarantee the removal of copies made by third parties.
Confidential information does not include information that you can demonstrate was already lawfully known to you without a confidentiality obligation, becomes public through no breach of these Terms, is received lawfully from an authorized third party, or is developed independently without using information shared during a session.
4. Confidentiality obligations
You may use the general knowledge and practices learned during a session, but you must protect confidential information and use it only for the purpose for which it was shared. You must not copy, publish, distribute, sell, disclose, or make confidential information available to any third party without prior written permission from the party entitled to grant it.
If disclosure is required by law or a binding order, you should, where legally permitted, notify the owner of the information before disclosure and limit the disclosure to what is required.
5. Recording and publication
Mycelium Labs may record session audio, video, presentations, screen shares, chat, and other contributions and may make the resulting recording publicly available in the Masterclass recordings archive. Google Meet displays a notification when recording starts or stops.
If you do not want your image, voice, screen, chat messages, or other contributions to appear in a public recording, do not enable your camera or microphone, share your screen, or post messages during a recorded session. Your display name or other limited meeting information may still be visible while you participate.
Participants must not make independent audio or video recordings, screenshots, photographs, automated transcripts, or other reproductions of a session without prior written permission from Mycelium Labs and any affected participants.
Mycelium Labs may edit, replace, withhold, or remove a recording and does not guarantee that every session will be recorded or remain available.
6. Information shared by participants
Do not share personal data, customer information, trade secrets, credentials, production data, or third-party materials. When presenting a case or asking a question, use information that is suitable for public distribution and anonymize or minimize sensitive details.
You are responsible for ensuring that anything you contribute can lawfully be shared with the public and included in a public recording.
7. Conduct
Treat hosts and participants respectfully. Do not disrupt a session, impersonate another person, attempt to bypass access controls, introduce malicious content, or use information obtained during a session to harm Mycelium Labs or another participant.
8. Materials and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, presentations, demonstrations, templates, recordings, product materials, and other content supplied by Mycelium Labs remain the property of Mycelium Labs or the relevant rights holder. Participation does not transfer ownership or grant a license beyond the limited use expressly permitted with the material.
You may share links to the public Masterclass page, calendar, and recordings. Public availability does not grant permission to reproduce, modify, sell, or commercially exploit the materials unless Mycelium Labs or the relevant rights holder expressly permits it.
9. Removal and withdrawal of access
Mycelium Labs may deny entry, remove a participant, or restrict future access when necessary to protect the session, its participants, or confidential information, including in response to a breach of these Terms.
You may stop receiving calendar updates at any time by unfollowing the Masterclass calendar on Luma.
10. Personal data
Luma and Mycelium Labs may process registration details such as your name, email address, and interaction with an event to manage registration, confirmations, reminders, and attendance. Luma processes this information under its privacy terms. Google Calendar, Google Meet, and your calendar provider may process information such as your account details, display name, connection data, and interaction with their services under their respective privacy terms.
Mycelium Labs may process information visible to meeting organizers, including your display name and participation data, to operate the session, maintain security, publish recordings, and respond to incidents or questions.
A public recording may contain your display name, image, voice, chat messages, screen shares, and other voluntary contributions. Consider this before actively participating in a recorded session. Questions or requests concerning published recordings can be sent to the contact address below.
11. Changes and contact
The current version of these Terms is published on this page. Material changes will apply to future participation after publication. Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@myceliumlabs.com.
